I believe that everything happens for a reason and when something is meant to be, it will happen. Dan and I found another trailer this week, or maybe I should say, it found us! It was one of those things where your Dad calls and tells you about an Airstream that belongs to a neighbor of a friend of your brother-in-law (or something like that) that may be for sale. Long story short, it turned out to be a 1966 Safari and it’s in our shop! We bought it through emails from a nice lady that took the time out from her vacation in Florida to answer our questions and make arrangements with her son to finalize the transfer of title. Thank you Barbara and Michael! The trailer was purchased in 1966 by her father who loved it dearly. It’s an almost 100% original trailer. The only modifications we have seen so far is that the toilet and the curtains have been replaced. We are going to pull it out today and take more before pictures before we start cleaning it up. It has been in storage for a long time as you can see. Here are a few cell phone pictures from yesterday. It’s a honey!

Hooray for you guys! Congratulations! It looks like a beautiful little jewel. I love 66 Safaris!
